摘  要:以2-(全氟己基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯为主单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为后交联单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸异辛酯为辅助单体,经细乳液聚合制备短链氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。优化的后交联剂NMA质量分数为2.44%,相应的氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物膜的表面能低至9.7 mN/m。将所制备的氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液应用于棉织物的防水整理,优化的整理工艺条件为:浸渍时间30 s,整理液质量浓度2 g/L,180℃焙烘3 min。整理后的棉织物表面水接触角为143.3°,拒水等级为90分,具有优异的拒水性能;整理棉织物经20次水洗后表面水接触角仍然高达136.7°,说明所制备的氟代丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液整理的棉织物有较好的耐水洗性。Short chain fluoroacrylate copolymer emulsions were prepared through miniemulsion polymer⁃ization by using 2-(perfluorohexyl)ethyl methacrylate and stearyl methacrylate as the main monomers,N-hy⁃droxymethyl acrylamide(NMA)as the post crosslinking monomer,methyl methacrylate and isooctyl acrylate as auxiliary monomers.The optimized amount of post crosslinking agent NMA was 2.44%,and the surface ener⁃gy of the corresponding fluoroacrylate copolymer film was as low as 9.7 mN/m.The fluoroacrylate copolymer emulsion was used for waterproofing finishing of cotton fabrics.The optimal finishing conditions were as fol⁃lows:immersion time 30 s,finishing liquid mass concentration 2 g/L,baked at 180℃ for 3 min.The surface water contact angle of the finished cotton fabric was 143.3°,and the water repellent grade were 90 points,which had excellent water repellent performance.After 20 times of washing,the contact angle of the finished cotton fabric was still as high as 136.7°,indicating that the cotton fabric treated with the prepared fluoroacry⁃late copolymer emulsion had good water washing resistance.
