摘　　要：目的探究β-肾上腺受体阻滞剂联合碳酸酐酶抑制剂对白内障合并青光眼患者角膜内皮细胞的保护作用。方法回顾性分析于我院行超声乳化术治疗的82例白内障合并青光眼患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(38例,采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗)和观察组(44例,采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液联合布林佐胺滴眼液治疗),比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。用药后,观察组的角膜内皮细胞密度大于对照组,中央角膜厚度小于对照组,IL-6、VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论β-肾上腺受体阻滞剂联合碳酸酐酶抑制剂治疗白内障合并青光眼患者的效果显著,对角膜内皮细胞具有保护作用,可改善血清细胞因子水平,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the protective effect of β-adrenoceptor blockers combined with carbonic anhydrase inhibitor on corneal endothelial cells in patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with cataract and glaucoma underwent ultrasonic phacoemulsification in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(38 cases,treated with timolol maleate eye drops)and observation group(44 cases,treated with timolol maleate eye drops combined with brinzolamide eye drops).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the corneal endothelial cells density in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the central corneal thickness was smaller than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and VEGF were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The β-adrenoceptor blockers combined with carbonic anhydrase inhibitor is effective in the treatment of patients with cataract and glaucoma.It has a protective effect on corneal endothelial cells and can improve the levels of serum cytokines,which is safe and reliable.
