父亲袋鼠式护理模式对维持剖宫产新生儿正常生长发育的积极作用

摘　　要：目的分析父亲袋鼠式护理模式对维持剖宫产新生儿正常生长发育的积极作用。方法将我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的100例剖宫产新生儿纳入本次研究,随机将其分为常规组(50例,常规护理)和袋鼠组(50例,父亲袋鼠式护理)。比较两组干预1、4周后的神经行为功能、身体发育情况、啼哭时长及营养不良疾病发生情况。结果干预4周后,袋鼠组新生儿的行为能力、被动肌张力、主动肌张力、原始反射、一般反应评分及NBNA总分显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4周后,袋鼠组新生儿的体重、身长、头围显著优于常规组,啼哭时长显著短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。袋鼠组新生儿营养不良疾病总发生率为4.00%,显著低于常规组的18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论父亲袋鼠式护理模式用于剖宫产新生儿的临床护理中可促进其身心正常发育,缩短啼哭时间,降低营养不良疾病的发生率,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the positive effect of father's kangaroo-like nursing mode on maintaining normal growth and development of newborns undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 newborns undergoing cesarean section treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included in this study and randomly divided into routine group(50 cases,routine nursing)and kangaroo group(50 cases,father's kangaroo-like nursing).The neurobehavioral function,physical development,crying time after 1 and 4 weeks of intervention and the occurrence of malnutrition were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the behavioral ability,passive muscle tone,active muscle tone,primitive reflex,general response scores and NBNA total score of newborns in the kangaroo group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the weight,length and head circumference of newborns in the kangaroo group were significantly better than those in the routine group,and the crying time was significantly shorter than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal malnutrition in the kangaroo group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 18.00% in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The father's kangaroo-like nursing mode used in the clinical nursing of newborns undergoing cesarean section can promote the normal physical and mental development,shorten the crying time and reduce the incidence of malnutrition,which is worthy of clinical application.
