摘　　要：人类免疫缺陷病毒/获得性免疫缺陷综合症(HIV/AIDS)是一种多系统疾病,并涉及到精神病学和内科边缘领域。由于HIV/AIDS的致死性和传播的特殊性,当患者被确诊为HIV/AIDS时,极易产生一系列负性情绪反应,最为普遍的是焦虑和抑郁,部分HIV/AIDS患者甚至还会产生消极观念和行为。HIV/AIDS患者及其照料者是一个特殊的社会群体,疾病本身的原因、来自疾病和社会环境的心理应激、社会支持资源的匮乏等因素都可能使他们面临较多的心理健康问题,给HIV/AIDS患者及其亲属、工作人员等照料者在生理、心理、社会和生活功能状态等方面带来负面影响,使其生活质量严重下降。因此,对HIV/AIDS患者及其照料者的精神心理卫生进行早期干预及治疗是非常必要的。Human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)is a multisystem diseasea,which involves the marginal fields of psychiatry and internal medicine.Due to the lethality and the particularity of transmission of HIV/AIDS,when the patient is diagnosed with HIV/AIDS,it is very likely to produce a series of negative emotional reactions,the most common is the anxiety and depression,and some HIV/AIDS patients can even produce negative ideas and behaviors.HIV/AIDS patients and their caregivers are a special social group,the causes of the disease itself,psychological stress from the disease and social environment,lack of social support resources and other factors may make them face more mental health problems,which will have a negative impact on the physiological,psychological,social and life function of HIV/AIDS patients,their relatives,staff and other caregivers,and seriously reduce their quality of life.Therefore,early intervention and treatment of mental health of HIV/AIDS patients and their caregivers is very necessary.
