基于辅助软尺的动静脉内瘘穿刺管理在血液透析患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨一种辅助软尺在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘穿刺中的应用效果。方法将40例行维持性血液透析动静脉内瘘患者按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组20例。对照组行常规动静脉内瘘穿刺,试验组在对照组基础上采用辅助软尺进行动静脉内瘘穿刺管理。比较2组一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺并发症发生率、动静脉内瘘并发症发生率及透析充分性(KT/V值)。结果试验组一次性穿刺成功率、KT/V值均显著高于对照组(99.17%比96.45%、1.42±1.65比1.22±1.25,均P<0.05),穿刺并发症发生率、动静脉内瘘并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于辅助软尺的动静脉内瘘穿刺管理可以有效提高穿刺成功率,降低穿刺相关并发症、动静脉内瘘并发症的发生率,并保证了透析充分性。Objective To explore the efficacy of a kind of auxiliary soft ruler in arteriovenous fistula puncture in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 40 maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous internal fistula were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 patients in each group.Both groups received routine arteriovenous fistula puncture.Additionally,the experimental group was given puncture management of venous internal fistula with auxiliary soft ruler.The first-attempt puncture success rate,incidences of puncture-and arteriovenous fistula complications,and dialysis adequacy(KT/V)were compared between the two groups.Results The first-attempt puncture success rate and KT/V in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(99.17%vs 96.45% and 1.42±1.65 vs 1.22±1.25,respectively;P<0.05).Furthermore,the incidences of puncture-and arteriovenous fistula-related complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Puncture management of arteriovenous internal fistula based on auxiliary soft ruler can effectively improve puncture success rate,reduce puncture-and arteriovenous internal fistula-related complications,and ensure dialysis adequacy in hemodialysis patients.
