摘 要:针对边底水稠油油藏开采后期蒸汽吞吐效果不佳、汽窜和边底水入侵等问题,研制了一种具有耐温、耐盐性能的冻胶泡沫封堵体系。通过组分优选及性能评价,确定其组成为:3 g/L KYPAM聚合物+0.1%硫脲+0.5%SDS起泡剂+0.2%酚醛交联剂A+0.1%有机锆交联剂B+0.3%黄原胶。在150℃,NaCl矿化度为30 g/L条件下,该冻胶泡沫具有良好的稳定性,其泡沫半衰期可长达15 d。室内岩心封堵实验表明,该冻胶泡沫对高渗岩心具有较好的封堵性能,向渗透率为1000 mD的岩心内注入1.2 PV冻胶泡沫,封堵率可达99.92%。该体系的耐冲刷性良好,在水驱7 PV后,仍保持较高的封堵压差,具有良好的堵水调剖作用。Aiming at the problems such as poor steam huff and puff effect,steam channeling,and edge-bottom water intrusion in the late development of heavy oil reservoirs,a gel foam plugging system with excellent temperature and salt tolerance properties was developed.Through component optimization and performance evaluation,the best gel foam plugging system is composed of 3000 mg/L KYPAM polymer+0.1%thiourea+0.5%SDS foaming agent+0.2%phenolic crosslinker A+0.1%organic metal crosslinker B+0.3%xanthan gum.Under the condition of 150℃,and NaCl salinity of 30 g/L,the gel foam has good stability,and the half-life can reach 15 d.Laboratory core plugging experiment shows that the gel foam has good plugging performance for high permeability core,showing the characteristic of“plugging high but not plugging low”in a certain range.By injecting PV gel foam with a permeability of 1000 mD into the core,the plugging rate can reach 99.92%.At the same time,the scour resistance of the system is good.After 7 PV water flooding,the plugging pressure difference still remains high,and the system has a good plugging and profile control effect.
