摘 要:高耐磨输送带是煤矿、化工、冶金等行业不可或缺的输送工具,而输送带表层覆盖胶耐磨性能的优劣会严重影响输送带的使用寿命。为提高以天然橡胶(NR)为基体的覆盖胶的耐磨性,该研究将NR与顺丁橡胶(BR)进行机械共混,制备了NR/BR共混胶。使用RPA加工分析仪测定了共混胶的硫化特性,采用平衡溶胀法测定了共混胶的交联密度,并测试了BR含量对共混胶力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,随着BR含量的增加,NR/BR共混胶的交联密度增大,耐磨性能不断提高;当NR/BR=50/50时,共混胶的耐磨性能提高约38%,磨耗量低至92mm^(3),且其拉伸强度(19.5MPa)、断裂伸长率(440%)均达到输送带覆盖胶国家标准(GB/T 9770-2013)D级指标要求。High wear-resistant conveyor belt is an indispensable conveying tool in coal mine, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries, and the advantages and disadvantages of the wear-resistant performance of the conveyor belt surface covering rubber will seriously af fect the service life of the conveyor belt. In order to improve the wear resistance of the covering rubber based on natural rubber(NR), NR and Butadiene Rubber(BR) were mechanically blended to prepare NR/BR blend. The vulcanization properties of the blend were measured by RPA processing analyzer, the crosslinking density of the blend was measured by equilibrium swelling method, and the ef fect of BR content on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the blend was tested.The results show that with the increase of BR content, the crosslinking density of NR/BR blends increases, and the wear resistance of NR/BR blends improves continuously. When NR/BR=50/50, the wear resistance of the blend increased by about 38%, the wear was as low as 92mm^(3), and the tensile strength(19.5MPa) and elongation at break(440%) of the blend reached the conveyor belt covering rubber national standard(GB/T 9770-2013) D level index requirements.
