摘 要:为改善酸性集料与沥青之间的黏附性,对市场上常见的4种抗剥落剂进行比较,优选出对路用性能改善最佳的抗剥落剂种类及其掺量。设计了4种不同的酸性集料沥青混合料改善方案并进行路用性能评价,相比不采取任何措施的混合料,各改善方案在水稳性、低温稳定性及高温稳定性等方面均有所提升,且采用石灰岩碎屑替代片麻岩碎屑的改善措施为最优。以高原地区某沥青路面为依托,对比分析同时采取消石灰和抗剥落剂方案以及单独采取消石灰方案的路用性能,室内试验和现场铺筑试验均表明,同时采取消石灰和抗剥落剂方案的路用性能改善效果更优。In order to improve the adhesion between acid aggregate and asphalt, four kinds of anti stripping agents commonly used in the market were compared, and the best type and dosage of anti stripping agent for improving road performance were selected. Four different improvement schemes of acid aggregate asphalt mixture are designed and evaluated for road performance.Compared with the mixture without any measures, the water stability, low temperature stability and high temperature stability of each improvement scheme are improved, and the improvement measures of limestone debris instead of gneiss debris are the best.Based on a certain asphalt pavement in plateau area, the road performance of the schemes of simultaneously taking the slaked lime and anti stripping agent and separately taking the slaked lime are compared and analyzed. The indoor test and field paving test show that the scheme of simultaneously taking the slaked lime and anti stripping agent has better road performance improvement effect.
