摘 要:针对110kV电缆结构提出了气体吹扫与加热的水分驱除方案,搭建了水分驱除平台,研究了电缆长度、温度及氮气流速等工艺参数,探究了浸湿后干燥对缓冲层机械及电气性能的影响。结果表明:本文提出的水分驱除方案能有效驱除浸水电缆绝缘层及缓冲层中的水分,绝缘层绝缘电阻和介质损耗均可实现接近未进水前电缆的良好水平,缓冲层阻水带的机械和电气性能的影响基本处在可控范围之内,满足重新投运的要求。The moisture removal scheme of gas purging and heating is proposed to the structure of 110kV cable. The moisture removal platform is built, the process parameters such as cable length, temperature and nitrogen flow rate are studied, and the infl uence of drying after wetting on the mechanical and electrical properties of the buf fer layer is explored. The results show that the moisture removal scheme proposed in this paper can ef fectively remove the moisture in the insulation layer and buf fer layer of the immersed cable, the insulation resistance and dielectric loss of the insulation layer can be close to the good level of the cable before water infl ow, and the infl uence of the mechanical and electrical properties of the buf fer layer is basically within controllable range to meet the requirements of re-operation.
