摘 要:采用电气控制铝合金阳极氧化工艺的方法,研究了磷酸溶液浓度、氧化时间、氧化温度、氧化电压对铝合金阳极氧化表面形貌的影响,并分析了碳纤维预浸渍前后对碳纤维金属层板力学性能的影响。结果表明,当采用电气控制,磷酸溶液浓度为30g/L、氧化时间为5min、氧化温度为15℃、氧化电压为120V时,铝合金材料表面可见尺寸均匀、孔径较大的纳米孔,为适宜的阳极氧化工艺;在此工艺下,采用热挤压方法制备了碳纤维金属层板,经过预浸渍的碳纤维金属层板的冲击强度、剪切强度和弯曲强度相较于未经预浸渍的碳纤维金属层板分别提高了19.38%、4.55%和22.08%,预浸渍前后碳纤维金属层板的断口形貌的观察结果与力学性能测试结果一致。By electrically controlling the anodizing process of aluminum alloy, the effects of phosphoric acid solution concentration,oxidation time, oxidation temperature and oxidation voltage on the anodized surface morphology of aluminum alloy were studied,and the ef fects of carbon fiber pre-impregnation on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber metal laminates were analyzed. The results show that when the concentration of phosphoric acid solution is 30g/L, the oxidation time is 5min, the oxidation temperature is 15℃ and the oxidation voltage is 120V, nano pores with uniform size and large pore size can be seen on the surface of aluminum alloy, for which is a suitable anodizing process. Under this process, carbon fiber metal laminates were prepared by hot extrusion. The impact strength, shear strength and bending strength of pre impregnated carbon fiber metal laminates were increased by 19.38%, 4.55%and 22.08% respectively compared with those without pre impregnation. The observation results of fracture morphology of carbon fiber metal laminates before and after pre impregnation were consistent with the test results of mechanical properties.
