豫鲁两省农产品出口竞争力比较分析

摘　　要：从1999年至2019年,山东省农产品出口额连续21年居全国首位。河南省虽然自2015年起农产品出口额稳居全国第八,有了不小进步,但二省同为传统农业大省,其农产品出口额却相差甚远。基于此,首先对豫鲁两省农产品生产、出口贸易及出口结构进行分析;其次,运用国际市场占有率指数、出口贡献率指数、贸易竞争力指数、显示性比较优势指数、出口增长优势指数、出口依存度指数等6个指标,对豫鲁两省农产品出口的竞争力进行比较。在全面对比的基础上,解析河南省农产品出口竞争力的差距,并从延长出口农产品产业链、加强农产品品牌建设、开拓多元化出口市场、发展具有比较优势的农产品等方面,探讨了提升河南省农产品出口竞争力的对策建议。Especially after joining the World Trade Organization,China’s agricultural products trade has developed rapidly since 21 century,its degree of foreign trade has deepened,and its export market has also expanded.Its status and influence has been continuously improved in the world agricultural trade.As a large traditional agricultural province in China,Henan province has achieved fruitful development in agricultural export trade.Since 2015,the export value of agricultural products has ranked eighth in China,and its status has gradually improved.However,there are still some problems in the development of agricultural export trade in Henan province,such as weak competitiveness,low market share and export added value.In particular,there is a big gap with Shandong province,which is the largest exporter of agricultural products.In 2019,the export value of agricultural products in Shandong was about 6.5 times that of Henan province.Based on this,this paper firstly analyzes the production,export status and export structure of agricultural products in Henan and Shandong province.Then,we compare the export competitiveness of agricultural pro-ducts in Henan province and Shandong province by using six indicators:international market share index,export contribution index,trade competitiveness index,explicit comparative advantage index,export growth advantage index,and export dependence index.On the basis of comprehensive comparison,we discuss the gap of agricultural products export competitiveness in Henan province.Finally,from the aspects of extending the industrial chain,building the agricultural product brand,opening up diversified markets,and developing advantageous agricultural products,we discuss the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the export competitiveness of agricultural products in Henan province.
