摘　　要：伴随着人民的生活水平提高,饮食结构的丰富,心脑血管疾病的发病率也在逐步上升,高血压是心脑血管疾病最主要的风险因素,因此血压对人们变得越来越重要。血压的检测变得格外重要,对于检测血压不仅在医院中的检测更重要的是在于日常家庭的监护。因此使用便捷式电子血压计关注血压的变化是关注身体血压变化的重要途径。本文介绍了一种电子血压计的设计方法:基于示波法的原理,采用软件滤波获得脉搏波的波形,在进行对脉搏波进行拟合查找最大值,最后计算出舒张压和收缩压。与市面上血压计测量方法相比,采用数字滤波降低了血压计的成本,比硬件滤波更加灵活稳定。With the improvement of people’s living standard and rich diet structure,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is gradually rising.Hypertension is the main risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,so blood pressure is becoming more and more important for people.Blood pressure detection has become particularly important,for blood pressure detection is not only in the hospital,but also in the daily home monitoring.Therefore,using convenient electronic sphygmomanometer to pay attention to the change of blood pressure is an important way to pay attention to the change of blood pressure in the body.This paper introduces a design method of electronic sphygmomanometer:based on the principle of oscillographic method,the pulse wave is obtained by software filtering,the pulse wave is fitted to find the maximum value,and finally the diastolic and systolic blood pressure are calculated.Compared with the measurement methods of sphygmography in the market,digital filtering reduces the cost of sphygmography and is more flexible and stable than hardware filtering.
