摘　　要：随着社会用电量急剧增加,电力系统的迅速发展,广泛应用于户外场所断路器的数量越来越多。随着断路器运行年限增加,户外断路器操作机构为弹簧驱动,调整分、合闸速度时调整分闸弹簧即可满足需求,但由于空间、扭矩等原因,在调整分闸弹簧时需要多种工具、多人配合且需要厂家技术人员给予支持,难以保证检修工作效率的同时耗费大量力物力。因此,有必要研究一种新型的户外断路器机构双螺母调整组合工具。With the rapid increase of social power consumption and the rapid development of power system,more and more circuit breakers are widely used in outdoor places.With the increase of the operating life of the circuit breaker,the operating mechanism of the outdoor circuit breaker is spring driven,and the opening spring can be adjusted to meet the demand when adjusting the opening and closing speed.However,due to space,torque and other reasons,the opening spring needs a variety of tools,the cooperation of multiple people and the support of the manufacturer’s technicians,which is difficult to ensure the maintenance efficiency and consume a lot of resources at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to study a new type of double nut adjustment combination tool for outdoor circuit breaker mechanism.
