摘　　要：党的十九大以来,党中央高度重视科技工作,我国科技出版事业获得长足发展。文章系统回顾十九大以来我国科技出版产业发展和学术研究情况,梳理科技出版产业实践和理论研究取得的成果,总结党的创新理论对我国科技出版实践的引领作用,从实践和学术两个层面分析十九大以来的科技出版发展趋势,以期为今后我国科技出版事业更好地服务国家科技强国战略提供参考和借鉴。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to science and technology,and the scientific and technological publishing industry in China has achieved significant development.This study systematically reviews the development of China’s scientific and technological publishing industry and academic research since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,sorts through the achievements made in the practice and theoretical research of the scientific and technological publishing industry,summarizes the leading role of the CPC’s innovative theories on the practice of scientific and technological publishing in China,and analyses the development trend of scientific and technological publishing since the 19th National Congress of the CPC from both the practical and academic levels,with a view to providing suggestions for the scientific and technological publishing industry in China to better serve the national strategy of strengthening our country’s science and technology in the future.
