摘　　要：【目的/意义】依据包容性绿色发展的目标要求,研究推动以人为中心的产业高质量发展,这是我国贯彻新发展理念,建设现代产业体系,推动高质量发展中必须着力研究与有效解决的重大课题。【设计/方法】运用唯物史观下生产力–生产方式–生产关系的整体分析范式,以有效激励劳动主体为导向的产业生产方式变革为逻辑基础,以供给侧结构性改革为实践主线,将宏观经济增长范式转变–微观企业行为变革–中观产业转型发展统一起来。构建具有体现包容性绿色增长目标导向的高质量产业发展分析体系框架。【结论/发现】通过这些方式来求解推动产业数字化、智能化、民生绿色化转型,迈向高质量发展中的理论与实践难题。[Purpose/Significance]According to the requirements of inclusive green development,studing promoting the high quality development of human-centered industry,which is a major issue that must be studied and effectively solved in implementation of the new development concept,construction of modern industrial system and promotion of high quality development of China.[Design/Methodology]Using the holistic analysis paradigm of“productivity,mode of production,relations of production”under the materialistic historical view,taking the reform of industrial production mode oriented by effective incentive to labor subjects as the logical basis and the supply side reform as the main way of practice,the macroeconomic growth paradigm transformation,micro-enterprise behavior change,medium industry transformation and development are unified to build a high-quality industrial development analysis system framework that reflects the inclusive and green growth goal orientation.[Conclusions/Findings]These approaches are to solve the theoretical and practical difficulties in promoting the digitalization,intelligence and green transformation of industries and livelihoods towards high-quality development.
