摘 要:氯碱行业是化学工业中的一个基础和支柱性分支产业,其产品被广泛用于轻工业、纺织工业、冶金工业、石油化学工业以及建筑和交通运输等领域,在众多领域发挥着不可或缺的作用。但传统的氯碱生产中存在的氯、碱不平衡的问题,一直困扰着氯碱产业发展及产能提升。近年来,为了破解这一瓶颈,一些氯碱企业引入了天然气制氢技术。该技术的成功应用,为富余的氯找到出路,提高了资源利用率,增强了氯碱企业的市场竞争力。文章重点分析在氯碱生产过程中,应用天然气制氢来达到氯碱平衡的目的。Chlor alkali industry is a basic and pillar branch industry in the chemical industry.Its products are widely used in light industry,textile industry,metallurgical industry,petrochemical industry,construction and transportation,and play an indispensable role in many fields.However,the imbalance between chlorine and alkali in the traditional chlor alkali production has been perplexing the development of chlor alkali industry and the improvement of production capacity.In recent years,in order to solve this bottleneck,some chlor alkali enterprises have introduced natural gas hydrogen production technology.The successful application of this technology has found a way out for the surplus chlorine,improved the utilization rate of resources and enhanced the market competitiveness of chlor alkali enterprises.This paper focuses on the application of natural gas hydrogen production to achieve the purpose of chlor alkali balance in the process of chlor alkali production.
