摘 要:以运城学院地标建筑子夏楼为目标实物,采用三维建模软件UG NX构建了子夏楼简易模型。结合子夏楼结构特征,将子夏楼简易模型总体分割为A、B、C、D四大部分约150个零件体,并设定了4组打印参数进行3D打印研究。在实验组1、2、3设定的打印参数下进行3D打印出现了粘连、错层、塌陷、翘边等质量缺陷,其主要原因在于切片软件工艺参数设定不合理;在第4实验组设定的打印参数下进行3D打印未出现质量缺陷。打印结果表明:切片层厚越小、切片壁厚越大、填充密度越大,打印质量越好,但打印时间越长。综合打印质量、打印时间,确定的最佳打印参数为:打印温度220℃、打印平台温度70℃、切片层厚0.2 mm、切片壁厚0.8 mm、填充密度20%、打印速度60 mm/s。Taking Zixia Building,the landmark building of Yuncheng College as the target object,a simple model of Zixia Building was constructed using 3D modeling software UG NX.Combined with the structural characteristics of Zixia Building,the simple model of Zixia Building is divided into four parts A,B,C,and D,about 150 parts,and 4 sets of printing parameters are set for 3D printing research.Quality defects such as sticking,dislocation,collapse,and edge warping occurred in 3D printing under the printing parameters set in experimental groups 1,2,and 3.The main reason is that the process parameters of the slicing software are set unreasonably.No quality defects were found in 3D printing under the printing parameters set by the fourth experimental group.The printing results show that the smaller the slice layer thickness,the larger the slice wall thickness,and the larger the filling density,the better the printing quality,but the longer the printing time.Considering the printing quality and printing time,the optimal printing parameters determined are:printing temperature 220°C,printing platform temperature 70°C,slice layer thickness 0.2 mm,slice wall thickness 0.8mm,filling density 20%,and printing speed 60mm/s.
