摘  要:生产线是制造型企业的核心,直接关系到企业的发展前景。优化改善生产线可以降低成本,提高生产效率。为了对海尔公司冰箱内胆生产搬运系统做出合理改善,在现场观察调研冰箱内胆生产工艺和产品的基础上,运用GA选择出最优布局方案,再通过Vistable得到最佳搬运路径。通过以上改善方案的实施,海尔公司的生产搬运系统发生了很大的变化,各项生产指标稳步上升,生产效率大幅提高,经济效果显著。Production line is the core of manufacturing enterprises,which is directly related to the development prospect of enterprises.Optimizing and improving the production line can reduce costs and improve production efficiency.In order to reasonably improve Haier's refrigerator liner production and handling system,based on the on-site observation and investigation of refrigerator liner production process and products,GA is used to select the optimal layout scheme,and then the optimal handling path is obtained through Vistable.Through the implementation of the above improvement scheme,Haier's production handling system has changed greatly,various production indicators have increased steadily,production efficiency has been greatly improved,and the economic effect is remarkable.
