摘　　要：采用新型单机架六辊可逆冷轧机组通过超低速轧制技术实现了单机架连续轧制,机组产量比普通单机架六辊可逆冷轧机组提高了20%,同时带头带尾切除废料率显著降低;该机组冷轧机采用强力UCM轧机,能够适用于高强度、薄规格产品的生产,用大压下率进行轧制,减少了轧制道次、提高了生产效率。The new single-stand six-high reversible cold rolling unit is used to realize single-stand continuous rolling through ultra-low-speed rolling technology.The output of the unit is 20%higher than that of the ordinary single-stand six-high reversible rolling mill.At the same time,the scrap removal rate is significantly reduced.The cold rolling mill of this unit adopts a powerful UCM rolling mill,which is suitable for the production of high-strength and thin-gauge products.It is rolled with a large reduction rate,which reduces the number of rolling passes and improves the production efficiency.
