摘  要:Q345是一种最常见的低合金钢,在建筑、车船、路桥、特种设备、压力容器等领域有着广泛的应用。基于其普遍性和常见性,选取Q345作为研究对象,在钢材的敏感温度区间20℃~450℃,通过拟合弹性模量和屈服强度与温度的关系进行建模,然后引入到矫直机二级系统对Q345进行矫直的辊缝计算过程中,对矫直过程有着校核和指导意义。The Q345 is one of the most common low-alloy steel,which is widely used in construction,vehicle,road and bridge,special equipment,pressure vessel and other fields.Based on its universality and commonness,Q345 is selected as the research object,and the modeling is carried out by fitting the relationship of elastic modulus and yield strength to temperature in the sensitive temperature range of steel from 20℃to 450℃.Then,it is introduced into the secondary system of straightening machine to calculate the roll gap of Q345,which has significance for checking and guiding the straightening process.
