摘  要:钛合金因其比强度高、热强度高以及耐腐蚀性好等优点,在航空制造业中获得越来越广泛的应用。北一机与沈飞公司联合研制了大型钛合金复杂结构件强力切削五轴龙门机床,适用于航空钛合金复杂梁、框类结构件的加工。经用户和主机厂共同努力,机床运行过程中的各种问题得以有效解决,使得机床的可靠性和精度稳定性显著提高,能够满足钛合金大型复杂结构件高效、高精度的加工要求,填补了国内大型钛合金强力切削机床的空白。With the advantage of high specific strength,high thermal stability and good corrosion resistance etc,titanium alloy are applied more and more widely in the aerospace manufacturing industry.OEM associating with SAC developed the powerful cutting five-axis gantry machine which is suitable for the processing of large titanium-alloy complex structure parts,e.g.beam&frame structures.While the problems of the machine during operation were being solved effectively by the user and OEM together,the machine’s performance such as the reliability and the accuracy stability are improved remarkably.It demonstrates that this machine could meet high efficiency,high-precision processing requirements of the large and complex Ti-alloy structures and fill the domestic gap of powerful cutting five-axis machines for large titanium alloy.
