摘  要:针对影响工程机械主控制阀可靠性的主要因素,从阀体铸件现状、试验台液压原理设计、测控系统构建、测试系统软件设计和具体试验项目方面,介绍了搭建工程机械主阀疲劳试验台液压系统和测控软件的研究成果。该试验台已交付国内知名主机厂并成功运行,填补了国内行业空白。Focus on key factors affecting the reliability of the main control valve of construction machinery,from the current status of valve body castings,the hydraulic principle design of the test bench,the construction of the measurement and control system,the software design of the test system and the specific test items,the research results of building the hydraulic system and measurement and control software of the fatigue test bench for the main valve of construction machinery are introduced.The test bench was delivered to a well-known domestic construction machinery company and successfully operated in the valve industry,which is a domestic initiative,filling the gap in the domestic industry.
