摘　　要：通过对Y型抓钉精益化单件流生产模式的研究与应用,解决太原锅炉集团公司Y型抓钉产能提升的迫切需求。通过该生产模式应用前后产能、人工成本等方面的生产数据对比,阐述Y型抓钉制造应用精益化单件流生产模式的意义。Through the research and application of the lean single-piece flow production mode for Y-type grasping nails,the urgent need for improving the production capacity of Y-type grasping nails in Taiyuan Boiler Group Co.,Ltd.is solved.Through the comparison of production data of production capacity and labor cost before and after the application of this production mode,the significance of applying the lean single-piece flow production mode in Y-type grasping nails manufacturing is expounded.
