摘  要:检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库1987—2020年30种营养繁殖类药用植物病毒感染及脱毒研究的相关文献,对感染病毒种类、脱毒方法和检测技术进行归纳统计分析。共检索到相关文献222篇,其中CNKI数据库文献202篇,WOS 20篇,对药用兼具食用或观赏价值的植物研究较多,而对仅有药用功能的植物研究相对较少。感染植物最多的病毒为黄瓜花叶病毒,占总文献数的32.2%,其次为烟草花叶病毒和马铃薯Y病毒;脱毒方法以涉及茎尖脱毒法使用最多,占总文献的87%,逐渐发展为与其他多种方法结合;病毒检测方法中酶联免疫法(ELISA)使用频率最高,达到45.04%,向着分子生物学和电镜观察等更高精确度的方法发展。本研究可为今后开展该类植物的脱毒复壮及田间规模化应用提供参考。The related documents about 30 vegetatively propagated medicinal plants during 1987—2020 from National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases are analyzed by inductive statistic analysis method to reveal the virus infection types,virus elimination methods and detecting techniques of vegetatively propagated medicinal plants in China.The 222 research papers retrieved include 202 papers from CNKI and 20 papers from WOS.It shows that more research has been done on vegetatively propagated medicinal plants with food or ornamental values than that of plants with sole medicinal values;Cucumber mosaic virus has ranked the first among all virus,accounting for 32.2%of all references,followed by tobacco mosaic virus and potato virus Y;Stem tip detocxification,the most widely used method(87%)for virus elimination,has gradually developed into a combined method with other approaches;As the most frequently used virus detection method reaching as high as 45.04%,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay is progressing toward the methods with higher precision like molecular biology and electron microscopic observation.The research has provided references for carrying out the virus elimination and field scale application of vegetatively propagated medicinal plants in the future.
