摘 要:GIS(Geographic Information Sgstem,地理信息系统)是多科学交叉的产物,经过几十年的发展已经日趋完善。农村水利工程信息系统是信息时代加强农村水利工程管理的新系统、新模式,是GIS技术在农村小型水利工程管理中的具体实践。持续探索GIS信息技术在农村水利工程管理中的应用,有利于高效整合农村水资源,切实发挥小型水利工程的作用。农村小型水利工程和大型灌区存在天然联系,如河南省陆浑灌区的“长藤结瓜”灌溉系统涉及到很多小型水库,二者之间互补互济,加强农村小型水利工程信息技术的建设管理,有利于大型灌区功能效益的更好发挥。GIS信息技术在农村水利工程中的示范应用,具有导向引领作用,文章以陆浑灌区为例,指出信息化建设在管理中应注意的一些问题,对现阶段各级各类水利工程的信息化建设也具有一定的参考和指导意义。GIS(Geographic Information System) is the product of multi-science intersection. It has become increasingly perfect after development for several decades. The information system of rural water conservancy project is a new system and model to strengthen the management of rural water conservancy project in the information age. It is the concrete practice of GIS technology in the management of rural small water conservancy project. Continuous exploration of the application of GIS information technology in the management of rural water conservancy projects is conducive to the efficient integration of rural water resources and effective play of small water conservancy projects. There is a natural connection between small rural water conservancy projects and large irrigation areas. For example, the “canals joining reservoirs” irrigation system in Luhun Irrigation area of Henan Province involves many small reservoirs. They are complementary and mutually beneficial. The demonstration application of GIS information technology in rural water conservancy projects plays a guiding role. Luhun irrigation district is adopted as an example in the paper. Some problems that should be paid attention to in the management of information construction are proposed. It has certain reference and guiding significance for the information construction of various water conservancy projects at present.
