摘 要:储能系统配合可再生能源消纳是解决弃风问题的重要措施。文章针对风电与氢热电综合储能系统的容量优化配置问题,建立了供暖需求下的综合储能系统的供热模型,提出了一种同时考虑综合能源系统经济效益和降低能量损耗的多目标决策模糊优化模型,通过满意度比较得到综合储能系统容量配置的优化解。以北方某风电场的弃风参数为例,分析了综合能源系统容量配置结果的经济性,结果表明,优化后的容量配置方案兼顾了经济效益和环境效益。研究成果可以为风电综合储能系统容量配置提供理论指导。The three northern regions of China have high quality wind energy resources,but wind curtailment still exists.Hydrogen storage,heat storage,and electricity storage can be used to absorb wind power.In this paper,the heating model of an integrated energy storage system under heating demand is established according to the capacity optimization configuration of a hydrogen thermoelectric integrated energy storage system.A fuzzy optimization model considering the economic benefit of the integrated energy system and reducing energy loss is proposed.The optimal solution of capacity allocation of the integrated energy storage system is obtained by satisfaction comparison.Through the curtailment wind data of a wind farm in the north,the economy of the capacity allocation result of the integrated energy system is analyzed.It can be used for theoretical guidance of capacity allocation of the energy storage system.
