基于共现网络和专利信息的专利战略研究——以玉柴为例

摘　　要：在新形势下,为确保传统制造业企业的高质量发展,需要从企业研发创新入手。企业要想具有创新突破且符合行业发展方向的技术研发成果,就需要企业有利用专利战略加以保护的核心竞争力。以玉柴为研究对象,首先通过利用共现网络分析,得到柴油机行业研发的重心与趋势,为评价专利价值提供依据。再通过分析行业专利信息,得到核心技术领域现有的主要专利授权情况。进一步对玉柴专利信息进行分析,得到其在关键技术领域的优势与不足,为玉柴制定专利战略提供理论指导,同时也为相关企业的高质量发展提供理论帮助。In the new situation,in order to ensure the high-quality development of traditional manufacturing enterprises,it is necessary to start with enterprise research,development and innovation.Technological R&D achievements with innovative breakthroughs and in line with the development direction of the industry need to be protected by patent strategy and core competition.Taking Yuchai as the research object,firstly,through the analysis of co-occurrence network,the center of gravity and trend of research and development in diesel engine industry are obtained,which provides a basis for evaluating the value of patents;then,through the analysis of industry patent information,we can get the main patent authorization situation in the core technology field.This paper further analyzes the patent information about Yuchai and gets its advantages and disadvantages in the field of key technology,so as to provide theoretical guidance for Yuchai to formulate patent strategy,while providing theoretical help for the high-quality development of related enterprises.
