摘  要:目前铝合金材料由于其诸多优点在建筑市场得到广泛的应用,其轻质高强等特点在附着式升降脚手架上有着较好的发展前景。考虑两种荷载效应组合,利用有限元软件Midas Gen建立力学模型,并对铝合金附着式升降脚手架进行不同工况下结构变形及应力变化规律分析。通过分析架体的位移变化和应力云图发现,施工过程中在悬臂位置增加支撑和不同工况下加强局部构件使爬架整体更加安全可靠,对于今后铝合金附着式升降脚手架的设计和施工提供参考依据。At present,aluminum alloy material is widely used in the construction market because of its many advantages,and its light weight,high strength and other characteristics have a good development prospect in attached lifting scaffolding.Considering the combination of two kinds of load effects,the mechanical model is established by using the finite element software Midas Gen,and the structural deformation and stress variation of aluminum alloy attached lifting scaffolding under different working conditions are analyzed.Through the analysis of the displacement change and stress cloud diagram of the frame,it is found that adding support in the cantilever position and strengthening local components under different working conditions make the climbing frame as a whole more safe and reliable,thus providing a reference basis for the design and construction of aluminum alloy attached lifting scaffolding in the future.
