摘  要:能源是国民经济和社会发展的重要物质基础,是建设工业强省、文化大省和生态文明强省的重要支撑,是促进经济发展方式转变和经济结构调整的重要起点。然而新能源从目前发展情况来看存在的问题也较为显著,相关技术处于瓶颈期,例如甘肃河西地区的风力发电强弱变化不定、无法控制,又如运营成本高、储存困难、随机性、间歇性等诸多问题。文章针对目前新能源技术中的储能问题,采取一种MPC的预测模型,将风力发电中的约束条件和波动因素综合考虑,并在线优化控制。Energy is an important material basis for national economic and social development,an important support for building a strong province of industry,culture and ecological civilization,and an important starting point for promoting the transformation of the mode of economic development and the adjustment of economic structure.However,there are also significant problems in the current development of new energy,and the relevant technologies are in a bottleneck period,such as the uncertain and uncontrollable strength of wind power generation in Hexi region of Gansu Province;other problems such as high operating costs,storage difficulties,randomness,and intermittence still exist.Aiming at the energy storage problem in the current new energy technology,this paper adopts a MPC prediction model,which comprehensively involves the constraint conditions and fluctuation factors in wind power generation,and optimizes its control on-line.
