摘 要:直流起动发电机励磁方式主要包括他激、并激、串激和复激励,某型机电源系统安装的直流起动发电机主要采用复激形式设计,在飞机发动机起动阶段及起动发电机发电阶段通过控制励磁电流来控制发动机起动转速、起动电流大小及发电电压。文章分析研究直流起动发电机励磁工作原理和起动发电机励磁的相关控制保护功能,针对飞机上直流起动发电机在使用过程中的故障进行原因分析,通过故障隔离与元器件检查,找到引起起动发电机剩磁异常问题的故障点。The excitation mode of DC starter generator mainly includes other excitation,parallel excitation,series excitation and complex excitation.The DC starter generator installed in the power supply system of a certain type of machine is mainly designed in the form of complex excitation.In the starting stage of aircraft engine and the power generation stage of starter generator,the engine starting speed,starting current and power generation voltage are controlled by controlling the excitation current.This paper analyzes and studies the excitation working principle of DC starter generator and the relevant control and protection functions of starter generator excitation,analyzes the causes of the faults of DC starter generator in the use of aircraft,and finds the fault point causing the abnormal residual magnetism of starter generator through fault isolation and component inspection.
