绝缘材料氧指数与成束阻燃特性的关系研究

摘  要:文章通过归纳统计的方法,采用不同氧指数绝缘材料生产的聚氯乙烯绝缘无护套阻燃C类电缆按照标准GB/T 18380.35—2008进行成束燃烧试验,同时也对每个样品的绝缘材料按照标准GB/T 2406.1—2008和GB/T 2406.2—2009进行氧指数试验,得到绝缘材料的氧指数与该产品成束燃烧试验结果之间的关系。发现绝缘材料的氧指数值与聚氯乙烯绝缘无护套阻燃电缆的成束燃烧性能优劣有一定的联系,同时也否定材料氧指数值越高阻燃效果越好的经验规律。In this paper,through the method of induction and statistics,polyvinyl chloride insulated unsheathed flame retardant Type-C cables made of insulation materials with different oxygen index were tested in bunches according to standard GB/T 18380.35—2008,and oxygen index tests were carried out on the insulation materials of each sample according to standards GB/T 2406.1—2008 and GB/T 2406.2—2009.The relationship between the oxygen index of the insulating material and the bunched cable combustion test results of the product is obtained.It is found that there is a certain relationship between the oxygen index value of insulation material and the bunched cable combustion of PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable,and it also negates the empirical rule that the higher the oxygen index value of the material is,the better the flame retardant effect is.
