摘  要:生物发酵是指为生物创造适宜的养育生长条件,使其在一定环境下进行发酵,对培育微生物的特性进行调查后选择合适的生物技术将微生物通过一系列代谢反应后最终转化为所需产物。一般来说,应给予微生物适宜的光照条件、pH值、养分浓度、通气条件等,使得代谢过程较为充分,获得产物性质优良。目前,微生物发酵的应用范围愈加广泛,除传统工业、农业外,食品、制药、酿酒等行业利用发酵技术获得新产品。文章主要对生物发酵过程进行阐述,并简要分析影响发酵过程的因素和生物在线检测技术。Biological fermentation refers to the creation of suitable conditions for the cultivation and growth of organisms so that they can be fermented in a certain environment.After investigating the characteristics of cultivated microorganisms,select appropriate biotechnology to transform microorganisms into the desired products through a series of metabolic reactions.Generally speaking,microorganisms should be given suitable light conditions,pH,nutrient concentration,and ventilation conditions,so that the metabolic process is more sufficient and the properties of the products are good.At present,the application of microbial fermentation is more and more extensive.In addition to traditional industry and agriculture,other industries such as food,pharmacy,and wine industries also use fermentation technology to obtain new products.This paper mainly describes the biological fermentation process,and briefly analyzes the factors affecting the fermentation process and the online biological detection technology.
