土地确权背景下农地流转意愿影响因素分析

摘　　要：为探究影响富平县农户农地流转意愿的要素,文章运用二元Logistic模型对富平县345名农户问卷调查结果进行回归分析。研究结果表明,农户的文化水平、家庭农业收入占总收入比例、对土地流转政策的认知、土地确权是否有意义、流转意愿对象等因素对农户土地流转意愿有显著性影响。在此基础上提出相应的建议,以便促进富平县农地流转,实现规模化经营。In order to explore the factors affecting farmers'willingness to transfer farmland in Fuping County,this paper uses binary Logistic model to make regression analysis on the questionnaire survey results of 345 farmers in Fuping County.The results show that the farmers’educational level,the proportion of household agricultural income to total income,the cognition of land transfer policy,the significance of land confirmation,and the object of transfer intention have significant influence on farmers’land transfer intention.On this basis,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions in order to promote the transfer of agricultural land in Fuping County and realize large-scale management.
