摘 要:橡胶草是世界上优良的天然橡胶植物之一,如何提高产量是其产业化面临的主要问题,而轮回选择育种是有效提高其产量的途径之一。我们采用半同胞子代家系法对橡胶草的橡胶含量和地下生物量的遗传力和遗传增益进行了估算。研究表明橡胶草橡胶含量单株遗传力为0.36,橡胶含量家系遗传力为0.75;地下生物量单株遗传力为0.21,家系遗传力为0.63。在12个家系中,选择橡胶含量最大的M6家系以增加橡胶含量,选择地下生物量最大的M3家系以增加地下生物量。本研究为确定橡胶草轮回选择育种实施方案提供了理论依据。Russian dandelion is one of the best natural rubber plantsin the world.Low yield is the major problem of its industrialization.While recurrent selection breeding is one of the effective way to improve the yield.Weestimated heritability and genetic gain of rubber concentration and underground biomass of Russian dandelion with half-sib family method.The study indicated that heritability of rubber concentration of single plant is 0.36,and that of family is 0.75;while underground biomass of single plant is 0.21,and that of family is 0.63.Among 12 families,we select M6 family with the highest rubber concentration to do one recurrent selection to improve rubber concentration,and select M3 family with the highest underground biomass to do another recurrent selection to improve underground biomass.The study will provide a theory reasoning for implementation plans of recurrent selection breeding of Russian dandelion.
