摘 要:以某新建工业园区趸售水企业降低购销差率为研究对象,通过对购销差率突增变化进行专项数据分析,发现差率增涨与不同类型水表计量存在密切关系。针对工业园区水量波动较大,计量表具的选型和实际运行工况不匹配导致计量准确性无法保证的问题,将大用户旋翼式水表更换为WSD表,电磁流量计更换为机械表,将平均差率从13.49%降低到4%左右。同时采用不同口径管网长度及漏失水量核算单位平米管道截面积渗水量,可以为初步判定渗水量较大的网格区域,横向对比真实漏失情况提供参考。Taking the reduction of the purchase-sale rate of a wholesale water enterprise in a new industrial park as the case, through the special data analysis of the sudden increase and change of the purchase-sale rate, it was found that the increase was closely related to the measurement of different types of water meters. Aiming at the case that the measurement accuracy could not be guaranteed due to the large fluctuation of water quantity in the industrial park and the mismatch between the type selection of metering instruments and the actual operating conditions, the rotor type water meter of large users was replaced with WSD meter and the electromagnetic flowmeter was replaced with mechanical meter. It effectively reduced the the average difference rate from 13.49% to about 4%. At the same time, the length of pipe network with different diameters and leakage water were used to calculate the seepage water per square meter of pipe cross-sectional area, which could provide a reference for preliminarily determining the grid area with large seepage water amount and horizontally comparing the real leakage.
