摘　　要：2021年,国际形势复杂多变,COVID-19变异毒株持续蔓延,东盟各国暴发新一轮疫情,加之面临愈发紧迫的非传统安全威胁,维护地区和平与稳定任重道远。东盟以“我们关心,我们准备,我们繁荣”为主题,致力于构建以人为本、共同发展的东盟共同体,努力协调解决缅甸危机,并在多领域加强可持续发展。展望2022年,东盟将以“东盟:共同应对挑战”为主题,维护东盟的内部团结,深化公共卫生合作,共同应对国际形势中的机遇与挑战,促进成员国与外部合作伙伴之间的互联互通,推动东盟的可持续发展。In 2021, the international situation was complex and changeable. As the new COVID-19 variant kept spreading, a new round of pandemics broke out in ASEAN countries. At the same time, due to increasingly urgent nontraditional security threats, ASEAN has a long way to go to maintain regional peace and stability. With the theme of "We Care, We Prepare, We Prosper", ASEAN is committed to building a people-oriented and common-development community, coordinating efforts to resolve the Myanmar Crisis and strengthening sustainable development in multiple areas. Looking into 2022, ASEAN will take "ASEAN A.C.T.: Addressing Challenges Together" as the theme, strengthen solidarity among member states, deepen their public health cooperation, work together to respond to opportunities and challenges in the international situation, and improve connectivity between internal and external partners, so as to promote the sustainable development of ASEAN.
