摘　　要：2021年,越南顺利举行越南共产党第十三次全国代表大会,完成第15届国会代表选举,在疫情之下恢复较频繁的首脑外交,与中国、美国和日本等国关系均有发展。但越南未能控制住第4波COVID-19疫情,导致疫情全国性蔓延、经济增速放缓。2022年,越南发展仍将部分受制于疫情态势。In 2021, Vietnam successfully held the 13;National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV),completed the election of deputies to the 15;Congress, resumed frequent Summit Diplomacy during Covid -19, and developed relations with China, the United States, Japan and other countries. However, Vietnam failed to control the fourth wave of the Covid -19 epidemic, resulting in the nationwide spread of the epidemic and the slowdown of economic growth. In 2022, Vietnam’s development will still be partially constrained by the epidemic situation.
