摘　　要：为提升城际轨道交通工程总承包项目信息化和精细化管理水平,以BIM技术在长株潭城际轨道交通西环线工程总承包项目中的应用为例,通过建立模型、数据交互、基于移动互联网的信息化等管理手段,探索BIM技术在轨道交通工程招投标、深化设计、进度模拟、商务成本、质安管理、智慧建造等方面的应用。该技术的应用提升了项目管理水平,也在降本增效和绿色施工方面取得了良好的经济和社会效益。In order to improve the informatization and fine management level of EPC intercity rail transit EPC project, taking the application of BIM technology in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity rail transit west ring line EPC project as an example, the application of BIM technology in the bidding, deepening design, schedule simulation, business cost, quality safety management, intelligent construction and other aspects of rail transit project through the establishment of model, data interaction, informatization based on mobile internet and other management means are explored.The application of this technology not only improves the project management level, but also achieves good economic and social benefits in cost reduction, efficiency increase and green construction.
