摘 要:为探究常见消毒剂对非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)的灭活效果,本试验于体外检测了10种市售消毒剂对生长在猪肺泡巨噬细胞中ASFV的灭活效果。进而用3种消毒剂对曾经暴发非洲猪瘟(ASF)的废弃猪场进行环境消毒,并用荧光定量PCR方法验证其可靠性。结果显示,在各消毒剂对细胞的安全浓度下,次氯酸不具有灭活ASFV的作用;过硫酸氢钾复合物作1∶200稀释后,作用0.5 h能完全灭活ASFV;二氯异氰脲酸钠粉和苯扎溴铵稀释800倍后,能在0.5 h内有效灭活ASFV;其他消毒剂在其安全稀释度的浓度下,0.5 h内能完全灭活ASFV。本试验可为养殖场防控ASFV的感染提供消毒剂筛选的参考依据。This study evaluated the inactivated effect of commercial disinfectants on African swine fever virus(ASFV).First,10 commercial disinfectants were used to inactivate ASFV in porcine alveolar macrophages in vitro;next,three disinfectants were applied in an abandoned pig farm that had an outbreak of African swine fever,and their efficiency was then assessed by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that at their respective safety concentrations,hypochlorous acid failed to kill ASFV,compound potassium in 1∶200 dilution killed ASFV completely,sodium dichloroisocyanurate and benzalkonium bromide after 800-fold dilution effectively killed ASFV within 0.5 h,and other disinfectants also completely killed ASFV.This study provides a valuable reference on the use of commercial disinfectants for the control of ASFV in farms.
