摘 要:对后疫情时代网络舆情演化特征进行分析,以期为相关部门决策提供参考。基于信息生态理论,给出网络舆情演化特征分析思路,采用LDA和TF-IDF模型分析舆情主题和热点,基于SnowNLP进行情感演化分析,使用熵权法量化主体影响力,并以西安新冠疫情不同演化阶段为例进行分析。研究表明:在后疫情时代,公众舆论聚焦民生领域;网民情感在不同阶段呈现不同特征;主流媒体发挥了引导舆论的重要作用。This paper analyzes the evolutionary characteristics of online public opinion in the post-epidemic era,with a view to providing reference for decision-making by relevant departments.Based on the information ecology theory,this paper gives the analysis ideas of the evolutionary characteristics of online public opinion,the LDA model and the TF-IDF model are used to analyze public opinion topics and hotspots,and the sentiment evolution is analyzed based on the SnowNLP model,and the subject influence is analyzed using the entropy weight method,the COVID-19 epidemic of Xi’an is analyzed as an example.The study shows that in the postepidemic era,the content of public opinion continues to focus on the field of people’s livelihood;netizens’emotions are different in different stage;mainstream media plays the main guiding role.
