中意建交以来意大利华侨华人社会的变迁--以国家在场理论为中心的分析

摘　　要：论文从“国家在场”理论视角,探讨了意大利华侨华人人口统计特征的变化、意大利华侨华人社会组织的发展与媒介作用,以及“国家在场”对意大利华侨华人社会发展变迁的影响。自1970年以来,意大利华侨华人社会在人口结构、社会组织两方面展现出日益显著的变化特征与发展特点。意大利“国家在场”、中国“国家在场”及中意两国外交关系,皆对意大利华人社会的发展变迁产生深刻影响。开放、包容的国家政策与良好的外交关系能够促进意大利华侨华人社会的稳定、良性发展,使华侨华人群体受益于双边合作的同时也为双边合作发挥作用。基于中意两国长期维系的和平友好关系,意大利华侨华人在中意“一带一路”合作倡议、构建人类命运共同体及中国的新发展格局中将发挥重要的桥梁纽带作用。This paper discusses the role played by state relations in the development of Chinese society in Italy since Sino-Italian diplomatic relations were established.From 1970 onwards,the Italian Chinese society has undertaken significant changes with regards to population structure and social organization.This research argues that those changes have to a large extent been caused by the presence of the Italian and Chinese states,and the status of relations between the two countries.A peaceful and friendly Sino-Italian relationship sustains the progression of the Italian Chinese society,which in turn links the two countries,contributes to the bilateral cooperation between them,and plays an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative.
