摘　　要：羧基丁苯胶乳的生产工艺为聚合反应,属于国家重点监管的危险化工工艺,其生产过程涉及易燃易爆危险化学品的使用。本文对杭州市富阳区多个羧基丁苯胶乳生产企业生产装置及配套的危险化学品的储存、使用场所进行研究,并对收集的相关资料进行科学分析,提出可应用于实际生产的工艺安全控制措施设计。The production process of carboxylic styrene-butadiene latex is a polymerization reaction,which is a dangerous chemical process under the national key supervision.The production process involves the use of flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals.In this paper,the storage and use sites of several carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex production enterprises and the supporting hazardous chemicals in Fuyang District,Hangzhou are studied,and scientifically analyze the collected data,the design of process safety control measures that can be applied to actual production is proposed.
