摘  要:丙烷脱氢工艺凭借其成本、资源和技术等优势成为当前制取丙烯产品的主流生产技术之一。本文介绍了采用固定床反应器,在铬系催化剂作用下丙烷脱氢反应制丙烯的鲁姆斯Catofin工艺。同时对工艺危险性进行分析,得出火灾、爆炸是其最主要的危害因素,并提出工艺方面采取的针对性安全防护措施,以保障装置的稳定优化运行。The propane dehydrogenation process has become one of the mainstream production technologies for the production of propylene products due to its advantages in cost,resources and technology.This paper introduces the Lumms Catofin process for the production of propylene by dehydrogenation of propane in a fixed-bed reactor under the action of a chromium-based catalyst.At the same time,the process risk is analyzed,and it is concluded that fire and explosion are the most important hazard factors,and the targeted safety protection measures taken in the process are proposed to ensure the stable and optimal operation of the device.
