摘 要:针对多水源补水下的循环水系统运行现状,采用监测换热器监测水冷换热器的循环水腐蚀、结垢情况,根据监测周期内挂片试验结果计算腐蚀速率和粘附速率,再根据远程监测的相关流量、压力、温度等数据计算污垢热阻,实现PLC自动控制,达到智能化监测水冷换热器运行的目的。通过筛选合适的监测方法,采用模块化设计,研发了一套基于离子色谱法的胺液浓度在线监测装置,解决水冷换热器胺液泄漏时人工检测法时效滞后、灵敏度低等问题。通过对近3年的水质历史数据分析处理,采取3种神经网络预测模型,优化加药方法,设计了智能管控加药系统,有效指导加药操作,实现了对循环水系统的腐蚀、结垢趋势的预警。天然气净化厂形成了一整套工业循环水系统高效运行技术,实现了深度节水减排,降低了运行能耗,提高了水务信息化、智能化水平,有力保障了天然气净化厂的安全长周期运行。In view of the operation status of the circulating water system under multi-source make-up water,the monitoring heat exchanger is used to monitor the corrosion and scaling of the circulating water of the water-cooled heat exchanger,the corrosion rate and adhesion rate are calculated according to the hanging piece test results in the monitoring cycle,and then the fouling thermal resistance is calculated according to the relevant flow,pressure,temperature and other data monitored remotely,so as to realize PLC automatic control and achieve the purpose of intelligent monitoring the operation of the water-cooled heat exchanger.By selecting appropriate monitoring methods and adopting modular design,a set of on-line monitoring device for amine concentration based on ion chromatography is developed to solve the problems of aging lag of manual detection method and low sensitivity when amine leakage occurs in watercooled heat exchanger.Through the analysis and processing of the historical data of water quality data in recent three years,three neural network prediction models are adopted to optimize the dosing method,and an intelligent control dosing system is designed to effectively guide the dosing operation,and realize the early warning of the corrosion and scaling trend of the circulating water system.The natural gas purification plant has formed a complete set of efficient operation technology of industrial circulating water system,which has realized deep water conservation and emission reduction,reduced operation energy consumption,improved the level of water informatization and intelligence,and effectively guaranteed the safe and long-term operation of natural gas purification plant.
