导电玻璃钢电除雾器下气室脱落事故分析与改进

摘　　要：介绍了某铜冶炼企业环集烟气处理系统导电玻璃钢电除雾器下气室脱落事故的经过,进行了事故原因分析,从电除雾器的施工质量、工艺操作条件及运行管理等方面提出了改进措施。由于电除雾器存在设计缺陷、操作人员经验不足等原因,在进行冲洗操作时造成下气室底部排污管堵塞,冲洗水在下气室及中气室积聚,以致下气室满水超过其自身承重,下气室连同底部进口烟气管道一起脱落。通过采取在下气室增加溢流管线、观察孔、人孔、钢结构支撑、单独的冲洗循环槽,完善操作规程、提高前级设备的净化效率等措施,实现了电除雾器的稳定安全运行。The process of the gas chamber falling off accident of the conductive glass fiber reinforced plastics electric demister in the environment set smoke treatment system of a copper smelting enterprise is introduced,the causes of the accident are analyzed,and the improvement measures from the aspects of the construction quality,technological operation conditions and operation management of the electric demister are proposed.Due to the design defects of the electric mist eliminator and the lack of experience of operators,the sewage pipe at the bottom of the lower gas chamber is blocked during the flushing operation,and the flushing water accumulates in the lower gas chamber and the middle gas chamber,so that the water-filled lower gas chamber exceeds its load weight,and the lower gas chamber falls off together with the bottom inlet flue gas duct.By taking measures such as adding overflow pipelines,observation holes,manholes,steel structure supports,separate flushing circulation tanks in the lower gas chamber,improving operating procedures,and improving the purification efficiency of front equipment,the stable and safe operation of the electric mist eliminator is realized.
