摘 要:为研究输电线路接续管管线接头断线热力特性,相继开展钢芯铝绞线钢丝拉伸试验检测、接续管管线断线接头热力学分析以及断线接头钢芯金相检测,得到钢芯铝绞线钢芯抗拉强度、不同时间段温度负荷曲线以及断线接头钢芯的金相检测结果。研究结果证明钢芯铝绞线抗拉强度符合标准,导线电流引起接续管发热将影响钢芯计算破断拉力,钢芯裸露段被拉断之前曾在高温下运行一段时间。依据导线接续管接头热力特性参数及金相检测结果,能够为接续管压接缺陷的分析以及断线原因检测提供重要的理论依据和数据支持。In order to study the thermal mechanical characteristics of the broken line of the connecting pipe and pipeline joint of the transmission line,the tensile test of the steel cored aluminum strand steel wire,the thermodynamic analysis on the broken line joint of the connecting pipe and the metallographic test of the steel core of the broken line joint were carried out successively,and the tensile strength of the steel core of the steel cored aluminum strand,the temperature load curves at different times and the metallographic test results of the steel core were obtained.The results show that the tensile strength of steel cored aluminum strand meets the standard,the heating of connecting pipe caused by conductor current will affect the calculated breaking force of the steel core,and the exposed section of steel core has been running at high temperature for a period of time before being pulled off.
