摘　　要：《产品数据管理(PDM)系统电子文件归档与电子档案管理规范》(DA/T 88—2021)为企业PDM系统电子文件归档和电子档案管理提供了方法和指南,其颁布实施完善了我国专业领域电子档案标准体系。在明确该标准主要特点与现实意义的基础上,通过对标准主要内容的介绍与分析,提出了术语使用的规范性有待提升、部分内容有待完善和细化等建议。The Specification for product datamanagement(PDM) system electronic documents archiving and electronic records management(DA/T 88—2021)provides methods and guidelines for the electronic documents archiving and electronic records management of the enterprise PDM system,and its promulgation and implementation improve the standard system of electronic archives in professional field.On the basis of clarifying the main characteristics and practical significance of the standard,through the introduction and analysis of the main content of the standard,suggestions such as the normative use of terminology need to be improved and some content need to be improved and refined are proposed.
