摘  要:通过对国内大直径盾构隧道进行统计可知,截至2021年底,国内开工修建的大直径盾构隧道工程共65项,超大直径盾构隧道工程59项。同时,对国内大直径盾构隧道在勘察规划、工程设计、装备制造、规范、材料和施工技术管理等方面的综合技术现状调查分析。总结目前大直径盾构隧道面临的主要问题,包括隧道设计标准不统一、盾构装备关键部件国产化需突破、再制造产业化存在困难、大直径盾构隧道的关键技术及施工技术管理水平仍需提高等。针对面临的问题提出建议,指出今后大直径盾构隧道设计和盾构装备应尽可能遵循标准化的原则,向着标准统一、施工安全、高效率、高质量、高智能方向发展,以期为推动我国大直径盾构隧道综合技术走向成熟起到积极作用。The statistical analysis shows that the large-diameter and super-large-diameter shield tunnels completed and under construction reach 65 and 59,respectively,as of the end of 2021.Then investigation analysis is conducted on the state-of-the-art of the comprehensive technologies of large-diameter shield tunnels from the perspective of investigation and planning,engineering design,equipment manufacturing,specification,materials,and construction.Moreover,the main issues encountered in large-diameter shield tunnels are highlighted,including nonuniform design standardization,shield key equipment nationalization,difficult refabrication industrialization,and upgrading of vital technologies,and construction technology management.Some specific recommendations are proposed.Finally,it is recommended to follow the principle of tunnel design and shield equipment standardization,and move toward safe,highly-effective,highly-qualified,and highly-intelligent development.The results can provide a positive effect on Chinese comprehensive technologies of large-diameter shield tunnels.
