摘 要:目的分析CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用有效性。方法随机选择160例患者,均是于2018年11月至2020年3月在我院中接受治疗的患者,任意分两组,一组为CT冠状动脉成像组患者人数为80例,给予CT冠状动脉成像诊断,另一组为冠状动脉造影技术组患者人数为80例,给予冠状动脉造影技术诊断,对比两组诊断情况、诊断效果、诊断满意度、检查符合率、检查结果。结果CT冠状动脉成像组与冠状动脉造影技术组诊断效果,两组数据差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT冠状动脉成像组的满意总人数、满意率、有效率明显高于冠状动脉造影技术组,两组数据相比差异较大,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组检查符合人数与符合率差异较大,而CT冠状动脉成像组的误诊人数、漏诊人数显著少于冠状动脉造影技术组的,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组正常、轻度狭窄、中度狭窄、重度狭窄检出人数与检出率有很大差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用有效性更高,保证患者的冠心病疾病准确率,降低漏诊率,保证患者得到及时有效的治疗,为理想的检查方法。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly selected,all is from November 2018 to March 2020 patients treated in our hospital,arbitrary points in the two groups,one group for CT coronary artery imaging group number for 80 cases of patients,give CT coronary artery imaging diagnosis,another group of patients with coronary artery imaging technology group number for 80 cases,give diagnostic coronary angiography technology,compared two groups of diagnosis,diagnosis effect,diagnosis,satisfaction,check the coincidence rate,the test results.Results There was no significant difference between the CT coronary artery imaging group and the coronary artery imaging technology group(P>0.05).The total number of satisfaction and satisfaction rate of the CT coronary artery imaging group were significantly higher than that of the coronary artery imaging technology group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the coronary angiography group.There was a significant difference in the number of patients who met the test and the coincidence rate between the two groups,while the number of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the CT coronary artery imaging group was significantly less than that in the coronary artery imaging technology group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number and detection rates of normal,mild,moderate and severe stenosis were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CT coronary artery imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is more effective,to ensure the accuracy of coronary heart disease in patients,to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,to ensure that patients get timely and effective treatment,is an ideal examination method.
