腹膜透析患者行多学科协作护理模式的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究多学科协作护理用于腹膜透析的价值。方法2018年8月至2021年7月本科接诊腹膜透析患者150例,随机均分两组。研究组采取多学科协作护理,对照组行常规护理。对比自我效能感等指标。结果针对并发症发生率,研究组1.33%,比对照组12.00%低,P<0.05。针对自我效能感,研究组干预后(87.92±4.16)分,比对照组(79.33±3.68)分高,P<0.05。针对血红蛋白与血清白蛋白水平,研究组干预后分别是(105.47±8.25)g/L、(42.36±4.98)g/L,比对照组(95.89±8.93)g/L、(36.67±4.21)g/L高,P<0.05。针对SF-36评分,研究组干预后(86.25±3.17)分,比对照组(78.24±4.01)分高,P<0.05。针对满意度,研究组97.33%,比对照组85.33%高,P<0.05。结论于腹膜透析中用多学科协作护理,利于自我效能感的增强,并发症的预防,营养状态与生活质量的改善,及满意度的提升。Objective To study the value of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for peritoneal dialysis.Methods From August 2018 to July 2021,150 patients receiving peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into two groups.The study group took multidisciplinary collaborative nursing,and the control group took routine nursing.Compare self-efficacy and other indicators.Results The complication rate in the study group was 1.33%,lower than 12.00%in the control group(P<0.05).For self-efficacy,the score of the study group was(87.92±4.16)after intervention,which was higher than that of the control group(79.33±3.68),P<0.05.The levels of hemoglobin and serum albumin in the study group were(105.47±8.25)g/L and(42.36±4.98)g/L respectively after intervention,which were higher than those in the control group(95.89±8.93)g/L and(36.67±4.21)g/L,P<0.05.The SF-36 score of the study group was(86.25±3.17)after intervention,which was higher than that of the control group(78.24±4.01),P<0.05.For satisfaction,the study group was 97.33%higher than the control group 85.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in peritoneal dialysis is beneficial to the enhancement of self-efficacy,the prevention of complications,the improvement of nutritional status and quality of life,and the improvement of satisfaction.
